Go to Pools & Pool Addresses and copy the "Swapping Address" listed for the pool you'd like to use.

Get a price quote (optional).
Go to the Quotes page and click the "Test it" button for the "Get trade quote for fixed input" API.
Select the two token symbols you'd like to trade in the value column for tokenA and tokenB under "Variables".
Under "Query Parameters" enter the amount of token A you'd like to trade as the value for givingAmount .
Click "Send" and see the currently expected* amount of token B you would receive for this trade.
*Important
Quoted amounts are not a guaranteed promise of return. Factors like protocol use, among others, may result in receiving a different number of tokens than quoted.

Send token A & receive token B.
From your wallet, offer a transfer of the tokens you'd like to trade to the Pool Address selected in step 2.
In less than a minute you should receive token B in your wallet. Remember to approve the incoming transfer.
